Frequently asked questions
Q1.Do Indian tourists need a visa to visit the Philippines?
Indian passport holders require a visa to visit the Philippines. However, a convenient e-Visa is available through the Philippine Bureau of Immigration website, which can be applied for online before your trip. Standard tourist visas are typically processed within 3–7 business days and are valid for a single-entry stay of up to 30 days. We strongly recommend applying at least 2–3 weeks before your travel date. Our team can provide guidance on the visa documentation requirements to ensure a smooth application process.
Q2. How do we get from Manila to Boracay — is the flight included?
The Manila to Boracay flight is not included in this package (flights are listed under exclusions). The most common and convenient route is to fly from Manila (NAIA Terminal 3 or 4) to Caticlan Airport (MPH) — the flight takes approximately 55 minutes and is served by Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and AirAsia. From Caticlan Airport, you take a tricycle to the jetty, a 15-minute bangka (outrigger boat) across to Boracay island, and then a tricycle to your hotel — all SIC transfers in Boracay are included in the package. We can assist with flight bookings at competitive rates on request.
Q3.What is included in the Boracay island-hopping tour?
The Day 4 island-hopping tour is a shared (SIC) bangka boat excursion that visits the key highlights around Boracay — including a snorkelling stop at Crocodile Island (named for its crocodile-shaped rock formation), and a beach stop at the pristine Puka Beach on the north tip of Boracay. Snorkelling equipment is typically provided or available to hire on the boat. Lunch during the tour and optional activities such as helmet diving or underwater sea walking are payable directly. The tour is suitable for all ages and non-swimmers are welcome with life jackets provided.
Q4. Is Boracay suitable for a honeymoon trip?
Boracay is one of the most romantic destinations in all of Southeast Asia and an absolutely outstanding honeymoon choice. White Beach offers unforgettable sunsets, moonlit beach walks, world-class beachfront dining, and luxurious spa treatments. The island-hopping experience to secluded beaches and clear coral reefs adds a thrilling and memorable adventure to your romantic holiday. We offer optional honeymoon upgrades — private boat excursions, beachfront candlelit dinner, couples spa packages, and room decoration — please enquire when booking for a fully personalised honeymoon experience.
Q5. What water sports are available in Boracay and are they included?
Boracay is one of Asia’s water sports capitals, offering an extraordinary range of activities along White Beach and beyond. Available sports include parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, helmet diving, underwater sea walking, kitesurfing (Boracay is a world-renowned kitesurfing destination, especially from November to February), paddleboarding, kayaking, glass-bottom boat rides, and cliff diving. Please note that all water sports activities are optional and NOT included in the base package — they are payable directly with the operators on the beach. Prices are very reasonable and our team can advise on recommended providers.
