Cancellation & Refund

Go Global Vacations LLP knows that most people cancel their reservations out of necessity. We understand that Cancellation & Refund Policy often happen when unavoidable situations arise. However, canceling a reservation costs money, as it requires staff time and communication resources. Therefore, we have set clear guidelines for cancellations.

Cancellation Charges

  • If you cancel more than 30 days after booking, we will charge a 10% deduction from the total tour cost.
  • For cancellations made between 29 and 22 days of booking, we charge a 25% non-refundable fee.
  • Cancellations between 21 and 16 days after booking will incur a 60% non-refundable fee.
  • If you cancel 15 days before the tour starts, we will charge the full non-refundable amount.

We apply cancellation charges on a per-person basis. Additionally, reservations made after the final payment date will immediately incur cancellation charges.

Process of Cancellation & Refund

To cancel your reservation, please send us an email and contact our Customer Service Representative. If applicable, we will process any refunds within 35 days of receiving your cancellation notice in writing. Traveler substitutions count as cancellations and will be subject to the same cancellation fees. Please note that we do not refund any unused portion of your trip.

 

Balance Payment, Invoices & Service Vouchers

The prices listed on our website reflect the rates at the time of publication. However, we may adjust prices based on changes in currency exchange, fuel costs, seasonal charges, or increases in airline or rail prices. You must pay any price increases before the tour starts.

Service Vouchers & Travel Documents

Service vouchers confirm your entitlement to travel. Present these vouchers to the Tour Manager or Service Provider on the first day of the tour. We will not provide services without the original service voucher. In some countries, our Tour Manager or company representative will hand you internal flight tickets, hotel vouchers, and other travel documents upon your arrival.

Important Notes on Payment & Documentation

We will provide your service voucher, air tickets, and other documents one day before your departure if you have made the full payment, including the foreign exchange component, at least 45 days before the tour. You must also submit the required documentation by the given deadline. If you book the tour less than 45 days before departure, you must pay the full cost immediately. We will then provide your documents as soon as possible before departure. It is your responsibility to review the service voucher, tickets, visas, and insurance policies. Notify us immediately if you find any errors.
