Itinerary
We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience. From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.

Upon arrival in Siem Reap, meet your guide and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Begin your exploration with a visit to the local main shrine, Preah Ang Chheck/Chhom Temple. In the afternoon, head to the southern part of Siem Reap for a scenic boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake, Cambodia’s largest natural water body. Enjoy the serene experience as you pass by floating villages, watch fishermen at work, and greet friendly children in boats. End the day with a beautiful sunset at Phnom Krom. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on day 2 of your Cambodia temple tour, visiting the remote Beng Melea Temple. Built by King Suryavarman II in the early 12th century, this hidden gem is located deep within the jungle and is known for its overgrown ruins, offering a unique and mystical experience. Afterward, return to Siem Reap and visit Wat Damnak, one of the town’s most beautiful pagodas, known for its French colonial architecture and tranquil garden filled with statues.

Here, participate in a private blessing ceremony with local monks. You will bring candles and incense sticks to the pagoda, where the monks will chant blessings, sprinkle holy water, and tie a sacred thread around your wrist to protect you from harm and bring good luck. As a token of the experience, the monks will also give you a small keepsake to remember this meaningful moment.

This morning, visit the historical Khmer site of Hariharalaya, which flourished in the late 9th and early 10th centuries. This area features some of the earliest temples in the Angkor region, known as the Rolous group, including Lo Lei, Preah Koh, and Bakhong Temples. Afterward, enjoy a traditional lunch with a local family.

Next, travel 35 km outside the Angkor area to visit the stunning Banteay Srei Temple, a 10th-century marvel dedicated to Shiva. Known for its intricate bas-reliefs and exquisite pink sandstone architecture, it is considered the birthplace of classical Khmer architecture. The temple’s finely detailed carvings are so delicate that locals believe they must have been crafted by women.

On the way back to Siem Reap, stop at Banteay Samre, another temple adorned with impressive reliefs depicting scenes of Vishnu and Krishna legends. Return to your hotel in Siem Reap for an overnight stay.

Start your day early with a visit to the enchanting Ta Prohm Temple, where the jungle has reclaimed much of the structure. The enormous tree roots intertwining with the temple stones create a hauntingly beautiful and exotic scene that will leave a lasting impression.

Next, visit the iconic Angkor Wat, one of the world’s most impressive and well-preserved temple ruins. Marvel at the intricate Apsara carvings that showcase the fine artistry of the Angkorian era.

Return to the hotel around 9:00 AM for breakfast, then take a break to rest from the midday heat. At 3:00 PM, continue your journey with a visit to the ancient Royal City of Angkor Thom. Explore the awe-inspiring Bayon Temple, with its 54 towering faces, each exuding an enigmatic and silent gaze. As you look closer, you’ll discover the faces of the past staring back at you from centuries ago.

Continue your exploration by visiting the surrounding landmarks, including the Baphuon, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King, and the Royal Palace area. End the day with a visit to Preah Khan Temple, built in the 12th century by King Jayavarman VII, which shares architectural similarities with Ta Prohm. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Siem Reap.

On Day 5 of your Cambodia temple tour, enjoy breakfast before checking out and transferring to the airport for your flight to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in (early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to hotel availability).

Afterward, embark on a city tour to explore some of Phnom Penh’s most significant landmarks. Visit the Royal Palace, built in 1866 by King Norodom, and the Silver Pagoda, renowned for its floor made of 5,000 silver tiles, both situated within the Royal Palace grounds. Continue to the National Museum to view its impressive collection of Khmer art and artifacts. Finally, reflect on Cambodia’s recent history with a visit to the Toul Sleng Museum, a poignant reminder of the Khmer Rouge regime.

In the morning, visit the Killing Fields, a significant historical site from the Khmer Rouge regime. Afterward, transfer to the boat dock to board a speedboat heading to Chau Doc. This marks the conclusion of your Cambodia temple tour package.
