Itinerary
DAY 1 - Arrival to Delhi | Transfers to Haridwar (240 kms / 4–5 hrs)
Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, you will meet our tour representative who will assist with your luggage and brief you about the Yatra, including travel plans, important guidelines, and essentials to carry.
Proceed to Haridwar by road (approx. 4–5 hours). Upon arrival, check into the hotel.
In the evening, visit Mansa Devi Temple and attend the sacred Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, one of the most spiritual experiences in India.
Dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar.
About Ganga Aarti Details:
The Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri takes place after sunset (around 6:30 PM). Devotees gather along the riverbanks to witness priests offering prayers with lamps (diyas), accompanied by devotional chants. The ceremony lasts about 30 minutes and offers a deeply spiritual atmosphere.
DAY 2 - Haridwar – Barkot (210 kms / 7–8 hrs) | Height: 1352m
After breakfast (packed), check out and drive to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie.
En route, visit Kempty Falls, a popular scenic waterfall.
Upon arrival in Barkot, check into the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot.
DAY 3 - Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 kms drive + 6 kms trek one way) | Height: 3165 m
Early morning drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti. From here, begin the trek to Yamunotri (approx. 6 kms). You can choose to walk or hire a pony/doli (at your own cost).
At Yamunotri:
- Take a holy dip in Jamunabai Kund
- Prepare prasad (rice cooked in hot springs)
- Visit and perform darshan of Yamunaji Temple
Return trek to Jankichatti and drive back to Barkot.
Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot.

DAY 4 - Barkot – Uttarkashi (100 kms / 4 hrs) | Height: 1158 m
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi.
Upon arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
Dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
About Uttarkashi:
Located on the banks of River Bhagirathi, Uttarkashi is known for its spiritual significance and ancient temples.
DAY 5 - Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (120 kms each side / approx. 5 hrs) | Height: 3142m
Early morning departure with packed breakfast.
En route, stop at Gangnani for a holy dip in Garam Kund. Continue via the scenic Harsil Valley, known for its natural beauty and deodar forests.
At Gangotri:
- Take a holy dip in River Ganga (Bhagirathi)
- Perform pooja and darshan at Gangotri Temple
Return to Uttarkashi.
Dinner and overnight stay.
About Gangotri:
Gangotri marks the origin of River Ganga and holds immense religious importance.
DAY 6 - Uttarkashi – Guptkashi / Sitapur (290 kms / 8–9 hrs) | Height: 1319 m
After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh and Lambgaon.
Enjoy views of the Mandakini River along the route. Visit Ardh Narishwar Temple.
Check into the hotel upon arrival.
Dinner and overnight stay at Guptkashi / Sitapur.
DAY 7 - Guptkashi – Kedarnath (32 kms drive + 19 kms trek one way) | Height: 3584 m
Drive to Gaurikund and begin the trek to Kedarnath.

Carry essentials such as medicines, warm clothes, and toiletries.
Upon arrival:
- Check into accommodation
- Visit Kedarnath Temple
- Visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi

DAY 8 - Kedarnath – Guptkashi / Sitapur
Return trek from Kedarnath to Gaurikund and drive back to Sitapur.
This day is kept as a buffer to manage delays due to weather or other conditions.
Optional visit: Triyuginarayan Temple (extra cost)
Dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 9 - Guptkashi – Badrinath (220 kms / 7 hrs) | Height: 3133 m
Drive to Badrinath after breakfast.
Upon arrival:

DAY 11 - Rudraprayag / Srinagar – Haridwar (165 kms / 5–6 hrs)
Drive to Haridwar via Rishikesh.

Continue to Haridwar.
Overnight stay at Haridwar.
DAY 12 - Haridwar – Delhi (240 kms / 4–5 hrs)
After breakfast, check out and drive to Delhi.
